JOB TITLE: Market Research Analyst

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC

JOB DUTIES:

• Conduct research on online education markets, analyzing industry data, emerging trends, demand drivers, and comparable market players to support strategic decision-making.

• Collect and analyze data on customer preferences and behaviors to identify target market.

• Conduct customer satisfaction research by gathering and analyzing feedback, assessing customer experience, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Perform competitive analysis on pricing, sales, and marketing strategies to determine market position.

• Forecast market trends and present findings using reports and visualizations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.

• At least 6 months’ experience in the same or any related occupation, such as Business Analyst.

SALARY: $53,685/year
