Dear Parents and Students,

Below are the guidelines for requesting leave and rescheduling classes:

🚩 If the class has already started, the system will automatically deduct one session, and it cannot be reversed.

🚩 Teachers prepare lessons and reserve spots in advance based on the student list. If you need to take leave, please inform us at least 24 hours before the class; otherwise, one session will be deducted.

🚩 In cases of force majeure, such as a child falling ill, extreme weather causing internet or power outages, the administration will handle the situation accordingly.

🚩 For long-term leave or class rescheduling, please submit a request at least one week in advance so we can adjust the system for you. Your sessions will not expire.

🚩 For leave of one month or more, we will prioritize arranging your original class time upon your return. If there are schedule changes, we will reschedule accordingly.
